Digital Content Returns

In general, digital content purchased and/or downloaded from us is not returnable. If you experience technical problems accessing a download or using the item you purchased, we’re happy to help you troubleshoot the problem. Simply email us at: Customer Service and please include your order number.

Books

Books purchased from us are easily returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment provided the item is in new condition. Please contact us via email at Customer Service to request a return authorization. Please include your order number. A credit covering the item(s) cost plus any sales tax paid will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the item(s). This credit will be made within 7 business days of our receipt of the item. No refund will be made for shipping and handling fees.
